The room was spacious and quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Loved the kitchenette, microwave, and coffee maker. Extra shower and toiletries were nice. The fitness center was a plus too. Free filtered water on every floor and coffee all day in the lobby. The rooftop bar is something to look forward to!

the world center hotel was in a great spot for exploring - right in the financial district! the one bedroom suite had a cool view of the one world trade center and 9/11 memorial. they had complimentary coffee and water, and the room was well equipped with a microwave and refrigerator.

nicely located hotel, with a breath-taking view. very nice idea with an exercising mat in the room. also a great idea with an apero in the lobby and portable water in corridor. very nice gestures making you feel like you are a very welcome guest. the location could not be beat. close to the 9/11 memorial, a great little park for the kids, the subway stations and the waterfront. the rooms are very small but typical for nyc. the property was clean and it is a great location. very reasonable price for such a great location and good facilities. incredible view on 9/11 memorial from higher floors. snacks and light drinks are available in the lobby during the day, drinking water on each floor. friendly staff. kevin at the front desk was fantastic; we really enjoyed talking with him throughout our visit. you do not need to park here; save the money! the oculus is a block away with trains to take you all over the city and to nj.

Great location, easy access to local attractions. Beautiful views from rooftop bar. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks.
Felt like a VIP, no complaints.

The World Center Hotel was the perfect choice for our one-night stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with a tower-view room for our anniversary celebration. The room was compact but functional, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. We enjoyed the little touches like the easy-to-use TV remote and the complimentary bottled water and snacks in the lobby. The location was ideal for visiting the 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church, and exploring the waterfront. We felt safe walking around the area, thanks to the noticeable police presence. The added security feature of needing a room key to access the elevators was a bonus, especially for a single female traveler like myself. The free guest laundry and the lounge area with free coffee and snacks were also valuable amenities. We had a delicious dinner at the top-floor restaurant, although it was a bit pricey. the World Center Hotel provided us with a clean and comfortable room, great location, and friendly staff.
The check-in screens were not very helpful and caused some frustration during both of our stays. It would be better if they were more user-friendly and didn't lead to needing assistance from the front desk.

We were amazed by the breathtaking views of the Freedom Tower from our room. The central location made it easy to explore lower Manhattan. The hotel staff responded promptly to our messages and ensured we had a clean and spotless room, meeting our expectations for safety and cleanliness. The privacy and comfort of the hotel exceeded our expectations, making it a remarkable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
